Take my hand

My Dear Reader,

I see you.

You’re the woman who’s caught a glimpse of the beauty of the Catholic Church. You’re the woman who’s fallen in love with the Truth. You’re the woman on fire with thirst for God.

But sometimes you feel like you’re not enough.

You love the teachings of the Church, but you don’t know how to live them out. You love the idea of a life of constant prayer, but you don’t know how to find the time. You love your vocation but you don’t know how to let Christ transform you through it.

And your life’s a constant tug-of-war.

You struggle with the hurts and failings of your past and want to find forgiveness. You struggle with navigating a busy schedule and want to set time apart for God. You struggle with the dryness of your prayer life and want to learn how to really pray.

I know what you’re looking for.

You’re looking for depth and richness in the midst of a shallow world. You’re looking for a mature faith that rises about watered down stories for kids. You’re looking for love.

True love. Infinite love. Unconditional love.

The kind of love that withstands every test, trial, and hardship. The kind of love that satisfies every longing of your heart. The kind of love that challenges you to become who you are.

I know where you’ll find it.

You’ll find it in Him. The One who made you. The One who saved you. The One who lives in your soul and breathes the breath of life into your dry bones.

In His heart you can find your true self.

You can discover your abundant purpose in the life of the Spirit who animates you. You can realize your true worth in the eyes of Jesus who redeemed you. You can embrace your true beauty as an Image of the God who created you.

Seek Him with me.

Take my hand and together we can run to the well that will quench our infinite thirst. Together we can lift our voices and cry out to Him. Together we can draw near to Jesus our True Love.

My beautiful friend, I see you.

You’re not alone. He created us to need each other. He created us to live for each other and for Love. To live for Him.

Do you feel him calling out to you?

Take my hand and we’ll walk this road together. One prayer-filled step at a time.

All my love and prayers,

Sara
